It questions beliefs

To innovate effectively, you need to learn new ways of doing things, open up to new possibilities. If something has been done in the same way for a long time, it does not mean that today it is being done well.

Paradigms are the set of rules that govern a given discipline, activity or process. If you want to innovate, you must dare to break paradigms. People who are flexible in their paradigms have the ability to see changes and have the vision of the future because they are able to break their old paradigms to constantly build new ones. Paradigms should not be seen as inflexible patterns.

As an innovation management team, we believe that an organization will only be successful when it is formed by people different from each other, there must be diversity of thoughts, so that, if a "mind" stagnates in a paradigm, others can push it out from there and move on. It is logical that people resist change, as new ideas make everything seem difficult and generate a sense of instability. However, if we want to be successful in innovation, we must break these patterns.
